This Week's Reading: Obscurity to Opportunity

   This Week's Reading (03/20-26/2023):  I hope you understood the dialogue between Job and his friends.  God was not happy with them because they did not speak about "what is right" to Job.    Get ready now!  We begin reading the book of Exodus and discover God's people in great need of a deliverer.   Moses did not have an appealing beginning but his obedience allowed God's people to experience His power.   This week, look out and identify how God displayed his power to His people.    Jesus speaks about the last days in your reading of the book of  Matthew.  Observe as you read about Christ's death.  We will be talking about this in the weeks to come.    Discover God's response to those who afflict His children and the display of His power over creation when you read the book of Psalm.  Don't overlook reading about wisdom in the book of Proverbs  on Wednesday.   ======== Would you read the bible plan, Bible in a Year: 365-Day Reading Plan, with Milila

This week's reading: Friend Vs Faith

 This Week's Reading (03/13/2023):  Job  experienced hardships in life and his friends, Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar had advice that might just push him to the edge.  Sounds like some of our friends.   This week, we will read about that conversation and Job's righteous  reply to all of his friends.   In Matthew, we will see Christ's last pressing words to his disciples before he is put to death.  He encouraged them about what the kingdom of God is and warned them of what the last days  will be.   In  Psalm, we will read about the tension of life and trusting in God and how God's marvelous presence gives us the courage to face the future.   Wednesday is wisdom day because we read about what godly wisdom does to our understanding of God and other people. ======== Would you read the bible plan, Bible in a Year: 365-Day Reading Plan, with Mililani Fil-Am?
